The Committee Chairman noted that after decision of the court, Dadashov was released from detention facility of the National Security Ministry on September 8.
Behbudov met with Dadashov in detention facility several days ago and stated that prisoner asked him to help for substitution of his arrest with house imprisonment. Human Rights Defender noted that he had delivered his request to leadership of the Ministry.
Gulsare Imanova, lawyer of Dadashov declined to provide information about the issue.
â€œI do not want to provide any informationâ€, she said.
Dadashov faced charges under Article 311 (reception of a bribe) of the Criminal Code.
