Minister: â€œ17 court buildings will be constructed in Azerbaijan in a short timeâ€

Baku. Ramil Mammadli â€“ APA. â€œ17 court buildings will be constructed in the country in a short timeâ€, Justice Minister Fikrat Mammadov said, APA reports. The minister said that the World Bank and Justice Ministry had signed agreement on modernizing judicial system.
â€œAccording to the agreement, preferential loan has been allocated. Court buildings that will be built at the expense of this loan will be supplied with the most modern technologies. It will give impetus to just and more effective work of the court,â€ he said.

Fikrat Mammadov also said that activities were carried out to improve social security of the employees working in judicial bodies and in connection with personnel reforms.
â€œOpen competitions are held to coordinate the number of the employees working in judicial bodies with the staff. Judicial bodies, especially Penitentiary Service still need experienced employees. As regards increase of salaries, salaries of the employees working in various spheres are increased. Salaries in judicial bodies will also be increased in accordance with it,â€ he said.
