Baku-APA. Trial on MP Bakhtiyar Aliyevâ€™s claims rose against Baku Main Traffic Police Department and Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting closed Joint-Stock Company has been held in Yasamal court today, APA reports.
The trial has been presided over by Elchin Gurbanov. The court has not considered claims of Aliyev.
MP demanded Baku Main Traffic Police Department and AzTV to pay damage assessment worth AZN 500.000 MP protested broadcasting the fact that his car had been stopped by officials of Baku Main Traffic Police Department.
