Soldier serving in Azerbaijani jail wounded

APA reports quoting the sources in the jail that soldier of security unit #16 of Justice Ministry, 19-year-old Rovshan Isgandarov tried to commit suicide. He was wounded in his breast and taken to hospital #3.
Penitentiary Service confirmed the fact to APA and said it is investigated whether the soldier tried to commit suicide or negligently used the arm.
Hospital #3 told APA that Rovshan Isgandarov was taken to hospital with breast wound at about 10.30. He was operated and placed in resuscitation department. /APA/
