APA’s southern bureau reports that one of the friends’ using the gun imprudently caused the death of another in Tazakand village. Residents of Lankaran region, 26-year-old Emil Shukurov and 32-year-old Vigar Zulfugarov went hunting to Masalli. Zulfugarov undeliberately shot Shukurov. Emil Shukurov died on the spot. Vugar Zulfugarov took the body to Lankaran police office, but the case was submitted to Masalli region Prosecutor’s Office for investigation, since the accident happened in Masalli region. Inspector of Masalli Prosecutor’s Office Jalil Mahmudov said that the site was investigated and the sporting gun was taken as material evidence.
Detained Vugar Zulfugarov admitted that he killed his friend undeliberately. Criminal case has been launched on the fact on article 124 (murder on imprudence) of the criminal code, investigation is underway. Court expert Tofig Mirzayev said that Shukurov’s body was examined. The examination found out that brain wound caused his death. /APA/
