Khanlar Mammadov killing one and wounding three in Azerbaijani capital arrested

Baku City Prosecutorâ€™s Office told APA that Khanlar Mammadov was arrested in Gandja. He did not resist to the police. The officers of the prosecutorâ€™s office have been sent to Gandja to take Khanlar Mammadov to Baku.
Attack was made on Sabayel district police office in 20th area in Baku at 10.00 a.m.
Khanlar Mammadov wounded police lieutenant Imdad Nazarov, and killed Jabrayilov Muslum Isakhan, 43, Gobustan resident, real estate dealer, who was in the police office.
Later Khanlar Mammadov went to district police officer Zakir Sadigovâ€™s house and fired on him and his wife Mehriban Sadigova. The wounded were taken to Clinic Medical Center.
The center told APA that the health state of both is stable after the operation.
Criminal case has been launched on the fact on Article 29,120.2.7 (deliberate murder of two or more persons), 120 (deliberate murder) and 228 (illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation and carrying of fire-arms, accessories to it, supplies, explosives) of the Criminal Code.
