APA’s correspondent at the site reports that in the aftermath of the accident, the foundation of the building filled with a great deal of water. Officers of State Traffic Police Office keep the area under control.
Lawyer of Akkord Group of Companies Vidadi Farajov told APA that the results of the accident have been removed and water pipeline has been restored. Farajov also said that collapse of the road is connected with the corrosion of the water pipeline, not with construction work carried out by Akkord Group of Companies.
“The building is being constructed on the authorized project,†he said.
The lawyer said there is no serious threat, there are no casualties and the problem will be fully removed in two days. He underlined that the traffic restriction will soon be lifted. /APA/
