Davud Arutyunyan,head of Armenian delegation to the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly noted that they expected that their appeal will be rejected:
“We raised this issue to draw attention to new concept with presence of Nagorno Karabakh.â€
Mr. Arutyunyan noted that they will raise an issue on holding separate conference with the participation of Nagorno Karabakh.
