29 poisoned from food in Berde released from hospital

All of the 29 people poisoned at a wedding party in the village of Tumasly of Berde region yesterday have been released from hospital after receiving first medical aid.
Head physician of Berde Childrenâ€™s Hospital Hagigat Agayeva said though they have been released from hospital, they will be kept under medical control for a time.
Mass poisoning happened in Berde region of Azerbaijan yesterday. APAâ€™s Garabagh bureau correspondent at the site reports that 29 poisoned at a wedding party in Tumasli village of Berde appealed to hospital. Five of them are old and middle-aged, 24 are 7-14 years old.
Their health condition is not severe.
Chief of resuscitation department of Berde Childrenâ€™s Hospital Elkhan Humbatov said drumstick and drinks are primarily said to cause poisoning. The village residents who were at the wedding party said the meat had a strange smell. They said poisoning from drinks was also recorded in the village about 10 days ago. /APA/
