An unknown man called 112 service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and reported about the bomb installation in the MES administrative building in Sumgayit. The report was not confirmed during the searches.
The operational group identified that call was made from Sumgaytit resident Fatima Mustafayeva’s mobile phone and her 12-year old son Vusal Talat Mustafayev created a false bomb alarm.
Mustafayev was detained and the fact is under the investigation.
