Mammadov was hospitalized. Doctors said he was in hard condition. The gunman escaped, but then was detained by Devechi police. He is Zohrab Aghasiyev, 29. According to preliminary reports, the incident occurred on the basis of jealousy.
Prosecutor’s Office of Devechi region is investigating the fact.
