Aliyev Vasif Mirsaab, 42, resident of Shamsabad Village of the region, was hospitalized with hard head injuries at about 19.30 on July 12.His parents said that he fell from the balcony of his house where he lived together with his parents. Vasif Aliyev died at hospital. Doctors identified that he received injuries not as a result of fall, but with a blow of cutting tool and informed the law-enforcement bodies.
Investigators of the local prosecutor’s office found out that Vasif Aliyev was killed by her mother Aliyeva Rahila Davud, 61, who beat him with axe. Vasif Aliyev, father of two, lived together with his parents in the house of his father,
