Baku. Ramil Mammadli – APA. A man committed murder 16 years ago and escaped from the site was detained, press service of the Interior Ministry told APA. Resident of Jalilabad region of Azerbaijan Aladdin Ismayilov, who shot dead Sakinakhanum Abulfatova on September 6, 1993, was detained as a result of joint operational searches conducted by the Interior Ministry’s General Investigative Department, Ganja City Police Office and Jalilabad Region Police department.
Investigative actions are taken on the fact.
