Azerbaijani Interior Ministryâ€™s Department Head: â€œThe Ministry of Education will probably ask us for security again in the new academic yearâ€

The office provides security of properties, offices and enterprises of all persons who asked itâ€, head of the Interior Ministryâ€™s General Security Department Major-General Madat Guliyev told APA.

The department head mentioned the issue of strengthening security of the education centers after the events at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy and said that before those events several high schools asked his department to provide their security, which was organized for them. â€œAfter those events the Ministry of Education asked the General Security Department to organize and to strengthen the security of the education centers and after that the security of the educations centers was organized. But it doesnâ€™t mean that we are providing security of all education centers. Probably the Ministry of Education will review this issue and will ask us againâ€.

The department head said they purchased new security equipments for modernization of their work.
