Unknown man, introduced himself as Orkhan, called 102 service of the Interior Ministry and reported about bomb installation in 17th micro-district of Sumgayit. Officers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Police and Prosecutor’s Offices of Sumgayit immediately arrived at site. Nothing was found during a search.
Police found out that the false report was given via mobile phone owned by resident of Gubadli Region Jalaladdin Asadov, 23. Pupil of eighth class of the school No.39 in Sumgayit Seyran Sameddin Bakhishov called police via Asadov’s phone and gave misleading information.
The materials collected on the fact were sent to the Prosecutor’s Office of Sumgayit for investigation.
