The ministry’s public relations department told APA Veliyev Afghan Veli, 50 was arrested and large deal of illegally printed books and materials issued for the university applicants and school-leavers, as well as printing equipments were found in his houses in Alatava and Badamdar settlements of Baku.
The materials collected on the fact were sent to the Republican General Prosecutor’s Office for investigation.
