Brawl in hearing on case of brother and sister accused of killing taxi driver

Baku. Ramil Mammadli â€“ APA. Court of Grave Crimes held a hearing on the case of Solmaz Rahimova and Sabuhi Rahimov, who are accused of killing taxi driver Ashir Nasirov, APA reports. Judge Alisoltan Osmanov presided over the hearing. Witnesses gave testimonies. The sides had a brawl in the court during the break. The suffererâ€™s father approached the defendantsâ€™ mother, accused them of killing his son and attempted to beat her. After that he attacked Sabuhi Rahimov and attempted to beat him. But instead Rahimov struck him. The defendantsâ€™ mother shouted that her children were innocent. They were taken out of the court room after the intervention of the court supervisors. The defendantsâ€™ mother received medical aid. The hearing continued without participation of media representatives. The hearing will continue on June 29. Taxi driver Ashir Nasirov was killed in Novkhany settlement on December 16, 2008.
