Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. A military serviceman was arrested in Azerbaijan for unwarranted leaving the place of service, Surakhani District Police Office told APA.
Resident of Baku City, Goja Yusif Gojayev, 28 served at N military unit of the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan in western region of the country. He left the military unit willfully sometimes ago and was declared wanted by the Military Prosecutor’s Office of Ganja. Gojayev faces with charges under article 333.2 (autocratic absence from military unit, as well as absence without valid excuse on service for over ten day, but no more than one month, committed by a military man who is taking place in military service by appeal or by contract) of the Penal Code. He was arrested by the Surakhani District Police Office in Baku and handed to the Ganja Military Prosecutor’s Office.
