Lankaran. Aghaddin Babayev –APA. A heavy road accident took place in Lankaran, in Alat-Astara highway in the territory of Urge Village, local police told APA southern bureau. VAZ-2101, driven by the resident of the town of Liman (Port), Azad Ali Habibov, 26, beat resident of Urge village Ilgar Bashir Ramazanov, 12. The boy was hospitalized with hard head and other injuries and doctors of the Lankaran Central Hospital sent him to Baku due his critical condition.
According to preliminary version, Ilgar Bashirov, who pastured the livestock, was beaten by car when he carelessly crossed the road.
