They kidnapped an owner of the retail store near the parking house at General Beloborodov Street in the morning on May 19. Then the criminal group called to his family and demanded 4 million dollars to release him. The businessman was released on June 3 and seven members of the criminal group were arrested, spokesman for the investigative committee of Russian prosecutor’s office Vladmir Markin said.
