Kamran Asadov accuses Allahshukur Pashazadeh in the hearing

APA reports that judge Islam Neymanov presided over the process. The defendants said final words in the hearing. Edgar Aliyev and Vugar Aliyev said they had no final words to say. Ilkin Ismayilov did not admit his guilt. He said his guilt had not been proved in the court. Ismayilov said he was proud of being a Muslim.
â€œKoran is the book of Allah that leads to the right way. I do not know any other law. All this is a theater. I will never stop praying. If you will stage such performances once in two years, sentence me to life imprisonment, or to death. America knows well who is a terrorist. Believe me, even the US would not have accused me in such a way. They would have released me,â€ he said.

Ismayilov asked the judge to pass a fair decision.

Kamran Asadov said he did not regret.
â€œI think those two weeks of jihad were the most beautiful moments of my life,â€ he said.
Asadov said critical words addressing some religious figures in Azerbaijan â€“ Allahshukur Pashazadeh, Vasim Mammadaliyev and Rafig Aliyev.
â€œI can prove that all of them are infidels,â€ he said.

Kamran Babayev and Farid Jabbarov did not agree to the accusations, either. Babayev said he had been detained for his faith.
â€œWe have detained to satisfy the US,â€ he said.
He said he did not expect the court to pass a fair decision.

The hearing will continue in the second half of the day with the final words of the defendants.

Kamran Asadov, Bakhtiyar Orujov, Farid Jabbarov, Elshan Mammadov, Kamran Babayev, Samir Mehbaliyev, Terlan Karimov, Edgar Aliyev, Ramil Karimov, Shirvani Babayev, Samir Aliyev, Yalchin Maharramov, Orkhan Alizadeh, Hajibala Huseynov, Azer Ibadov, Shahriyar Maharramov, Ramin Jalilov, Rovshan Abdulaliyev, Ilkin Ismayilov and Vugar Aliyev are accused of setting up a radical religious group, attempting to start military struggle, attacking on LUKoil petrol station in Baku, preparing terror attack on the U.S. and UK embassies in Azerbaijan.
