Baku. Hafiz Heydarov –APA. A murder was committed in the hostel settled by the internally displaced persons in Baku, Baku Police Headquarters officials told APA.
The incident took place in the hostel at Mehmandarov Street in Khatai District of Baku. Displaced person from Aghdam Region of Azerbaijan Ali Bakir Rasulov, 19 knifed his villager Arzu Farhad Shiraliyev, 27 to death. According to the preliminary report the murder was committed because of disputes between the two men. The prosecutor’s office of the Khatai District launched a criminal case under the article 120.1 (deliberate murder) of the Criminal Code. The fact is under the investigation.
