Baku Prosecutorâ€™s Office makes statement on armed incident in Mardakan

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov â€“ APA. Baku Prosecutorâ€™s Office made a statement on the armed incident occurred in the house in Mardakan settlement on May 29. Assistant Prosecutor Ramiz Rzayev told APA that the body of Huseynov Musa Alihuseyn was found in the yard of his house on May 29. Forensic medical examination determined that Huseynov had been shot by a firearm. Azizbayov district prosecutorâ€™s office launched criminal case on the fact on article 120.1 (premeditated murder) and 228.1 (illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation or carrying of fire-arms, accessories to it, supplies explosives) of the Criminal Code and investigation began. Ex-prisoner Zeynalov Alakbar Hamid was detained as a result of the joint operations. Illegal Makarov pistol, a charger with 9mm 8 cartridges in it and 4 cartridges were found on him.

The investigations determined that Zeynalov Alakbar Hamid deliberately killed Huseynov Musa Alihuseyn by Makarov pistol on May 29. Zeynalov confessed that he had deliberately killed Huseynov by the pistol. Azizbayov district prosecutorâ€™s office continues investigation.

The man, who killed Huseynov, is reportedly his sisterâ€™s husband.
