Some details known how terrorist killed teachers and students in Azerbaijan State Oil Academy

Doctor of Yasamal district forensic medical examination Natig Mammadov told APA that 13 people, including the terrorist, were killed in the aftermath of the shooting. 10 of them were brought to Health Ministryâ€™s Union of Forensic Medical Examination and Pathological Anatomy. Mammadov said all the bodies had been identified and handed over to their families. Mammadov said 3 bodies had been taken to Nasimi district forensic medical examination and pathological anatomy union. 9 of those killed were students and 3 persons working in the academy. Forensic pathologist said one of them was shot in chest and one died after jumping out of the window. He added that the terrorist shot the others in head. Seeing that he will be arrested by the police, the terrorist killed himself.

An unknown man entered the building, where the faculties â€œOil gas fieldâ€ and â€œOil engineeringâ€ of Azerbaijan Oil Academy located in Dilara Aliyeva Street, 227, and shot at everybody he met from the first floor up to the six floor. 12 were killed, 13 wounded in the aftermath of the shooting.

Criminal case was launched under article 120.2.2 (deliberate murder committed from hooligan prompting), 120.2.4 (deliberate murder committed with special cruelty or in publicly dangers way), 120.2.7 (deliberate murder of two or more persons), article 29 (attempt to murder), article 228.1 (illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation or carrying of fire-arms, accessories to it, supplies (except for the smooth-bore hunting weapon and ammunition to it), explosives) of the Criminal Code. An investigative group of professional experts was established for investigation of the reasons of the crime, contacts of the persons committed the crime and other necessary investigations. The group is taking the intensive measures.

The investigation of the criminal case is under the President of Azerbaijan Republic.
