Relative of Rail Rzayevâ€™s arrested aide makes interesting announcements

Guliyev said investigative group of the Grave Crime Investigation Office of the Republican Prosecutorâ€™s Office searched the Rafiyevâ€™s house and Mitsubishi Pajero owned by his family. They found Rzayevâ€™s jacket and license number of his car in the Rafiyevâ€™s car. The investigators brought Aydin Rafiyev to the Republican Military Prosecutorâ€™s Office and his son to the Investigation Office of the Republican Prosecutorâ€™s Office. After the testimony, Anar Rafiyev was sent to the Nasimi District Court. He was charged with article 179 (assignment or waste) of the Criminal Code and was sentenced to 2 months of pre-trial arrest. Guliyev said they had no information whether Aydin Rafiyev was arrested for pre-trial detention or not. Guliyev said Aydin and Anar Rafiyevs had been arrested illegally. He also clarified on the things found in their car. Registration number 10 00 HM owned by Defense Ministry and generalâ€™s winter jacket, which were found in the car, had been given by Bakhtiyar Alasgarov, personal driver of Rail Rzayev to Aydin Rafiyev for returning to the ministry. As Rafiyev was on leave, he could not hand them over to the Defense Ministry. Guliyev did not agree to the accusations brought against his relatives. He said Aydin Rafiyev had served together with Rail Rzayev for a long time. â€œAydin Rafiyev had been serviceman since the Soviet times, served in various cities of Russia. Aydin Rafiyev returned to Azerbaijan after the country gained its independence. Since then, he had worked with General Rail Rzayev,â€ he said.
