Azerbaijan MP faces with assault

The incident took place in the Ahmadovaâ€™s house at 80, Humbatov Street in Hazi Aslanov residential area of Khatai District, Baku.

There was reportedly a property dispute between Gular Ahmadova and the women entered the house. The women assaulted Ahmadova and injured her.

Gular Ahmadova has bought the house recently from Rafael Tagiyev, whose brother Elchin Tagiyevâ€™s wife Jale and her mother Besti lived there until then. Despite that Rafael Tagiyev sold the house, they refused to leave, but later were moved. Jale and Besti blamed the MP for that. The women decided to revenge Ahmadova and assaulted her.

Ahmadova complained to the Khatai District Police Office over the incident. 37th police unit investigated the incident and sent the collected materials to the investigative department of the District Police Office.

Ahmadovaâ€™s comment on the incident was not available.
