The investigations found out that the murders were committed by Georgian citizens – Ajalov Nazim Emin, 47, and his wife Ahmadova Raina Aladdinovna, 36. Thus, N. Ajalov, who has been serving sentence since 2005 in Jail # 12 under the articles 177.3.2 (causing damage in large size), 228.1 (Illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation or carrying of fire-arms, accessories to it, explosives) and 234.1 (Illegal purchase or storage without a purpose of selling of narcotics or psychotropic substances in a quantity (amount) exceeding necessary for personal consumption) of the Criminal Code, together with his wife Railna Ahmadova decided to kill Askarov Ramin Nizamovich as he rejected to pay debt to them. N. Ajalov also decided to kill Askarova Goychak Abdulla, mother of R. Askarov as she might have doubts about his murder. For this purpose, on April 2, 2003, he called Rustavi City and invited Goychak Askarova to Baku. After killing Goychak Askarova on April 7, they burnt her body behind the grocery next to their building.
Ajalov Nazim Emin and his wife Ahmadova Raina Aladdinovna were found guilty. Nazim Ajalov was arrested under the articles 120.2.1, 120.2.5, 120.2.6 and 120.2.10 of the Criminal Code. Raina Ahmadova is wanted under the same articles. The investigation is underway.
