Chief of Crime-Search Department of Samukh region police office Fakhraddin Rzayev told APA’s west bureau that Elmaddin Nizami Ellazaliyev, 18, cudgeled to death his wife Kamala Aziz Mammadova, 29.
Residents of Dashkesen region were engaged in cattle breeding in Burungovag village. The incident happened on family dispute.
Mammadova’s relatives wanted to bury her, but Samukh region police did not allow them to do it. Ellaziyev was arrested.
Criminal case has been launched on the fact, investigation is underway.
