Samukh. Jamshid Bakhtiyar – APA. Resident of Yukhari Agasibayli village of Samukh region killed his neighbor with a sporting gun at 16.00 on April 13. Samukh region police office told APA’s west bureau that the incident happened when Binnat Vugar Mehdiyev, 16, and Yalchin Zahid Mammadov, 20, were securing the sowing area. Mehdiyev incautiously shot Mammadov with a sporting gun that he used to scare away birds and was registered in the intelligence bodies. Mammadov was shot in his throat and died.
Criminal case has been launched on the fact on Article 124 (murder on imprudence) of the Criminal Code.
