Only cargo trucks are allowed to entry the center, which paralyzed the traffic around. The owners canâ€™t to move their goods from the market. Sellers are moving now their goods. The movement began in the wholesale section of the trade center. Most of the territory became empty there.

The owners and sellers said they were warned only about the moving of Bina Trade Center until April 15 and added that moving of the nearby Sadarak Trade Center was not on agenda now. Seller Elkhan Aliyev told APA the trade center administration allowed owners to move their goods within three days. They said the market would be without security service after April 15. Elkhan Aliyev said they had no places to move their goods. Seller Azer Mehdiyev told APA they were not provided with the places in newly-constructed trade center in Lokbatan. Seller Rovshan Aliyev also said that the moving was going without any control.

A part of entrepreneurs have already empties shops and storehouses. Some even knocked down their facilities. Salesmen of the neighboring shop said those entrepreneurs had already had places in the new market.

It is calm in Sederek Trade Center. The people, who are engaged in trade here, say they have not received any instructions to empty the market. According to them, the process is not expected to start soon. Removal of Bina Trade Center had a negative impact on their work.

APAâ€™s correspondent reports that he has not seen anyone from the market administration. The salesmen said they were in the new market.
