Elnur Mammadli – APA. “The fire, which broke out in Oil Refinery named after Heydar Aliyev today, has nothing to do with EKOL Company,†chief of socio-political department of EKOL Company Fakhraddin Guliyev told APA. He said that the refinery leadership’s statements that the fire broke out because of the spark fell from the territory of EKOL were not true.
“The fire broke out in the suspended production area in the 9th workshop of the refinery. That area has no connection with EKOL. We are operating in the neighborhood,†he said.
