London hosts an international conference "Denominations in the Caucasus" - <span style="color: red;">PHOTO

Speaking at the opening of the conference the head of European Azerbaijan Society Lionel Zetter told about the great scientific importance of the conference, as well as a high level of ethnic and religious tolerance in Azerbaijan. Zetter said the conference, which will last two days, will play an important role in substantiating the role and place of religious denominations in the history of the Caucasus and Azerbaijan in particular.

Dean of St Paul's Cathedral in London, Dr David Aison greeting those present on behalf of the Anglican Church spoke about her role in the UK. Dr. Aison said ethnic and religious diversity palette of London, said about the rights of all religious communities and the conditions created for their development.

After the plenary session, the conference continued its work on individual sections. The first was devoted to the history of Zoroastrianism and Judaism. On the following reports have been heard about the history of the Albanian and Albanian Apostolic writings. Conference finalize on March 4.
