Azerbaijanâ€™s President meets with Speaker of Croatian Parliament

Baku – APA. Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev, who is paying an official visit to Croatia, has met with Speaker of the Croatian Parliament Josip Leko.

APA reports that the sides expressed satisfaction with successful development of the relations in various spheres between the two countries and underlined the importance of mutual visits.

The sides said the visit of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Croatia will contribute to improving the relations and underlined that interparliamentary cooperation and the activities of the friendship groups give an impetus to the enhancement of bilateral relations. It was noted that there exists good potential to develop economic relations between Azerbaijan and Croatia.

The sides expressed confidence in the further development of cooperation between the two countries.
