“There is considerable progress regarding the text of the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” said Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov, who is on a visit to Tbilisi, in a joint press conference with his Georgian counterpart Ilia Darchiashvili, APA reports.
"The number of open issues has decreased significantly," the minister added.
Jeyhun Bayramov noted that territorial claims against Azerbaijan remain in the Armenian constitution: "Territorial claims against Azerbaijan remain in the main legislation of Armenia - the constitution. This seems to be the most serious obstacle to the completion of the process from our side."
