Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev-APA. Chairman of Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov received the delegation led by Iran’s Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki. The Parliament’s press service told APA. Asadov noted that reciprocal visists of the heads of states, conducted talks and signed documents would give a new impulse to further development of bilateral relations. Touching upon the activity of Azerbaijan-Iran intergovernmental commission, the Chairman stated that the works carried out in the commission assumed great importance from that standpoint of expansion of economic, humanitarian and cultural cooperation.
Iran’s Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki in return emphasized that there were ample opportunities for further deepening of cooperation between the two countries.
