Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev-APA. “I will propose to appoint special OSCE representative to investigate issue on Russia’s arm shipment to Armenia. Though Russia refutes unambiguously, we have facts,†Azay Guliev, member of Azerbaijani delegation to OSCE Parliamentary Assembly told APA.
Guliev publicized that he would lay the issue on the tapis in OSCE PA on February 17-21 in Vienna. To him, an investigation of the issue by OSCE is of great importance.
“It would be better if OSCE investigated the issue. Russia refuted information about arm shipment to Armenia in 1996. This is a fact. Arming of Armenia by Russia is contrary to OSCE principles,†he added.
