Some ambassadors accredited in Georgia visited Azerbaijan’s north-west regions

Zagatala. Vugar Heydarov – APA. A number of ambassadors accredited in Georgia visited Azerbaijan’s north-western regions, APA local bureau reports.
On the initiative of Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry and our embassy to Georgian the ambassadors of Romania, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Japan, Iraq, and Czech Republic as well as Azerbaijani ambassador to Georgia Namiq Aliyev visited today the north-western part of Azerbaijan.
The representatives of the diplomatic corps firstly visited Balakan. They paid visit to Balakan upland park, Heydar Aliyev museum, and Balakan Olympic Complex. Then the ambassadors of foreign countries visited Ä°titala village where Ingiloys live, there the guests got acquainted with their cuisine and patterns of national culture.
After Balkan visit diplomatic delegation left for Zagatala district. The guests got familiar with Zagatala Diagnostics Center, named after Academician Zarifa Aliyeva, lyceum and got informed about region’s historical and architectural monuments.
The diplomats went to Sheki region by the end of the day. They will tomorrow be in Sheki and Gabala regions, and will be acquainted with the historical and architectural monuments of these districts.
