Turan Club to complain to FIFA

Turan plans to complain to FIFA of Serbian Partisan club because they did not send transfer list of Bulgarian legioner Asen Nikolov, executive director of the club Yashar Sultanov told the APA. He said that they gave time to partisan because if this scandal.
â€œIt is a long time Asen is playing for Bulgarian Nafteks Club. Though the contract signed with Nikolov ends after half and year, we are selling him. But Partisan has not sent his list. That is why we can not transfer the footballer and we decided to complain to FIFA of this club. Simply, the fact is Serbians asked us not to complain and to wait a little bit. And we gave one more day to Partisan club. If the club does not send the list today, we will complain to FIFA, â€œhe said. /APA/
