# 17 January 2007 13:39 (UTC +04:00)
“I will lead UEFA elections taking place in Dusseldorf, Germany. So I have no right to name the person who I’ll vote for, UEFA first Vice-president Senes Erzik told APA.
He did not consider it possible to release his position on behalf of Turkish Football Federation. He said that TFF president Haluk Ulusoy will vote for a candidate he has chosen.
“I cannot talk on behalf of Ulusoy, he noted.
Erzik added that the information on negotiations between him and National Associations to support present-day UEFA president Lennant Yuhasson is groundless.
“There have been negotiations for my being selected to the UEFA Executive Committee. I have been working in this position for four years. I joint the elections in order not to lose my post, he said.
He is going to take a stance on the place of Azerbaijan-Armenia match after the elections. He mentioned that he will come to Baku on occasion of opening ceremony of AFFA new office. Senes didn’t rule out the participation of new president of UEFA and FIFA president Zepp Blatter. /APA/
