Agaselim Mirjavadov Fabio Cannavaro does not deserve Golden Ball

â€œCompared to the others, Cannavaro did not deserve it. Though he performed very well in the World Championship, he could not show the expected performance. I would have given it to Buffon, the goalkeeper of Italian national team. The thing that bothers me most is that Thierry Henry, a player who has been scoring 20 goals a season for years now and who played two finals last seasons, was not even taken into consideration.
Shahin Diniyev the head coach of Azerbaijani national football team said in his interview to the APA that said we should respect this choice.
â€œIf Cannavaro is awarded Golden Ball, he deserves it. Of course there was a great choice. Thierry Henry, Gennaro Gattuso, Zinedine Zidane also deserved it.
