Baku. Yegane Lachinzade - APA-Economics. In the first quarter of 2015, Azerbaijan-based Zaminbank’s assets stood at AZN 513.849 mln, up 9.76% from previous year.
Bank says the loan portfolio rose 21.68% to AZN 331.020 mln, consumer lending fell 44.79% to AZN 218.979 mln, mortgage loans dropped 2.20% to AZN 46.948 mln (AZN 34.953 mln given through AMF), and overdue credits increased 5.02% to AZN 12.706 mln.
Deposit portfolio surged 2.96% to AZN 101.287 mln, personal savings grew 4.83% to AZN 95.008 mln, total capital soared 11.31% to AZN 57.339 mln, while authorized capital ascended 10.6% to AZN 52,181,800.
Incomes slipped 58.48% to AZN 5.088 mln, expenditures slid 62.73% to AZN 4.336 mln.
Profit shed 21.03% to AZN 752,048.
For the present, the bank operates 39 branches, 39 ATMs and 1,891 POS-terminals across the country.
