Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. Today, a press conference on outcomes of previous year and works to be done in 2014 has been held in the Ministry of Taxes.
According to APA-Economics, the press conference was attended by the Deputy Minister of Sahir Mammadkhanov, audit & control advisor Ilgar Ahmadov, the Head of the Chief Department of Tax Policy and Strategic Research Natig Shirinov and chief of Main Department for Economic Analysis and State Registration of Entrepreneurs Ilkin Valiyev.

He says the taxes collected from non-oil sector increased by 14.4% to
Deputy Minister noted that the Ministry provides 124 e-services to the tax payers: “For the present, 23,000 persons have mobile digital ASAN-signature. Number of operations conducted wih e-signature exceeded 2 mln”.
Mammadkhanov said that it’s planned to extend ASAN Xidmet (Easy Service). Over 27,000 individuals registered electronically in 2013 and reached 82,500 persons. Number of taxpayers indebted to state budget decreased by 9%. Share of indebted taxpayers in total taxpayers dropped to 3.4%.
Tax officials and audit tax employees have been supplied with İPads and internet in Baku. Number of traveling tax inspections fell 18.7% and
113 employees of the tax agencies were dismissed last year and 65 of these employees were officials.
The deputy minister noted that transfers to state budget in 2014 are forecasted to make
