IBAR announces tender for selection of external auditor

Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. International Bank of Azerbaijan has announced an open tender for selection of external auditor to audit its and its subsidiary organizations’ consolidated financial statements for half-year and annual circulations, 2014, in accordance with the international standards.

According to announcement, the group includes IBAR, IBAR-Moscow, IBAR-Georgia, International Insurance Company and Azericard.

Tender offer and bid bond should be submitted till March 3, other required documents – February 24. Tender procedure will be held on March 5 at the administrative building of the bank.

According to conditions of the tender, audit of Group’s consolidated financial statements and submission of the reports for the first half of 2014 should be made up to September 15, for 2014 – up to April 1, 2015.
