Bank says according to the decision of eth Supervisory Board, member of bank’s Executive Board Taleh Kazimov was appointed as the head of Executive Board.
Former head was Farid Akhundov. He will work as the member of Supervisory Board.
Kazimov will start to work as the chairman from July 1.
T, Kazimov was born on 11 September, 1983. Higher education was in the Azerbaijan Technical University, 2000-2004, "Department of automatic control and computer engineering". In 2006 he received MBA degree (Azerbaijan State Oil Academy). T. Kazimov began professional activity in 2001. During the period of 02.2004 - 09.2006 he occupied various positions in CJSC "Bank Standard" - leading specialist of Treasury department, Head of division of management accounting and budget planning, Deputy Director of corporate credits division. From 09.2006 to 01.2007 he worked as auditor in Ernst & Young Company. During the period of 01.2007 - 07.2007 T. Kazimov was General Director of IAA "FinEko".
On 07.2007 Taleh Kazimov began working in PASHA Bank as Manager of Risk Management Department, and since 08.2009 he is Director of the Bank Treasury. Taleh Kazimov has been member of the Board of Directors since 07.12.2011. He oversaw the operations/activity of following functions within the Bank: corporate, business banking and investment block, trade finance, relations with financial institutions and loan management.
Farid Akhundov was born on 23 may 1971. He obtained his higher education degree from the Faculty for economy planning at the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy in 1987-1992.
In 1993 took Management Course of Nottingham Trent University in Baku. In 1995 obtained his MBA degree from Salford University, Manchester, UK.
From 03.1996 to 10.2003 held various managerial positions such as Head of Financial Control Department, Head of Customer Services Department, deputy CEO at the British Bank of the Middle East (subsidiary of HSBC Bank). From 10.2003 to 06.2005 he worked as chairman of Executive Board of Bank Standard. From 30.06.2007 worked as Chairman of the Executive Board.
