Baku. Musa Ahmadov – APA-Economics. As of March 1, 2015, the government mortgage lending made AZN 14 mln, up 2.19% or AZN 0.3 mln from previous year.
According to Central Bank of Azerbaijan, AZN 3.8 mln was allocated to AMF in February, 2015.
AMF refinanced AZN 8.1 mln-mortgage loans in January-February.
Besides, AMF did not issued bonds in February.
Regarding AMF mortgage portfolio, as of March 1, 2015, the authorized credit organizations gave AZN 40,251 for average period of 279 monhths, interest rate of 6.77$ and monthly payment of AZN 279.1.
