Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. The total amount of transactions on current transfers with foreign countries made $ 2,303.8 bln, in January-September, 2013.
Central Bank of Azerbaijan says that 51.1% or $ 1,177.6 mln of this is receipts, $ 1,126.2 mln or 49.1% - transfers from the country.
So, $51.4 mln-positive balance was formed on current transfers. For comparison to a year earlier, $ 178.9 mln-negative balance was observed. Note that, transfers to the country rose 9.6%, from country slid 24.0%.
96.1% of total premiums on current transfer are money orders to individuals from abroad, 1.8% imported humanitarian goods, 2.1% other premiums.
