Azerbaijan sees 30% growth in provision of crediting

Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. As of December 1, 2013, Azerbaijan-based credit organizations’ provision of crediting stood at AZN 15,245.3 mln, up 30.0% from 2012. At the same time, provision of crediting increased by 24.5% compared to early 2013, 1.7% - in November.

Household loans made AZN 6,035.2 mln or 39.6%. These loans rose AZN 1,790.1 mln or 42.2% compared to a year earlier. Among other spheres, share of the loans for “construction and property” make 15.5%, for “Trade and service” – 14.7%.

Overdue credits increased by 4.5% to AZN 795.0 mln. Its share slipped to 5.2% from 6.5%.
