Azerbaijan sees 10% rise in non-oil GDP

Baku. Aqshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. In January-November, 2013, the Gross Domestic Product increased by 5.7% to AZN 52.1 bln.

State Statistical Committee says per head GDP soared 4.3% to AZN 5,604.2 or $7,142.8.

AZN 33.0 bln or 63.5% of GDP fell to share of production, AZN 15.7 bln or 30.2% to services. In these sectors, the value added relevantly increased by 5.0% and 6.7%. Net taxes for product and import made 6.3% of GDP.

46.5% of GDP was produced in industry, 5.3% in agriculture, forestry and fishery, 11.7% in construction, 7.1% in services on trade and repair of transport facilities, 5.4% in transport and storehouse, 2.1% tourism accommodation and catering, 1.7% in information and communication services, 13.9% in social and other services.

During this period, non-oil GDP rose 9.5% and its share in GDP reached 5%.
