Baku. Musa Ahmadov – APA-Economics. AZN 102.55 mln or 74.1% of insurance premiums collected in January-March, 2015, came from non-life insurance, up 17.5% from previous year, Azerbaijan Insurers Association told APA-Economics.
33.5% or AZN 34.3 mln of non-life insurance came from health insurance, 14.8% or AZN 15.2 mln from compulsory vehicle insurance, 9% or AZN 9.3 mln from real estate compulsory insurance, 6.9% or AZN 7.1 mln from property insurance against fire and other perils, 7.4% or AZN 7.6 mln from casco insurance, 5.6% or AZN 5.7 mln from air transport facilities insurance, 22.8% or AZN 23.35 mln from other non-life insurance types.
79.7% or AZN 28.51 mln of payments during January-March, 2015 went to non-life insurance, up 7% in annual comparison.
42% or AZN 11.96 mln of non-life insurance payments went to health insurance, 25.5% or AZN 7.26 mln to compulsory automobile insurance, 21.6% or AZN 6.16 mln to casco, and 10.9% or AZN 3.13 mln to other non-life insurance types.
AZN 27.8 was paid for each AZN 100 insurance premium. It was AZN 30.5 in 2014.
