ANAS and Azerelektrikshebeketikinti OJSC to be inspected

Baku – APA. Chamber of Accounts has held a board meeting.

The Chamber of Accounts told APA that reports and opinions on outcomes of audits related to compliance with tax laws at the Regional Tax Office # 6 of the Ministry of Taxes (TIN 6400126081), utilization, accounting of assets, which was allocated to Agrolizing OJSC from state budget and purchased through reutilized funds, by its structure department Horadiz Agroservis branch, as well as leasing operations and incomes from provided services, utilization of funds allocated to Ministry of Health Innovation and Supply Center from the specialized expenditures of the state budget and utilization of funds allocated to Ministry of Youth and Sport for facilities, which construction have been ended, from the public capital investment of the state budget were discussed and confirmed at the meeting.

A decision has been taken on submission of information about outcomes of the control measures to Milli Majlis. Audit programs on forecasting and execution of funds allocated to General Affairs Department of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences from centralized expenditures of the state budget and accounting of state taxes in accordance with the tax legislation and transfer to the state budget by Azerelektrikshebeketikinti OJSC have been confirmed.

Annexes and amendments to Audit Program of the Chamber of Accounts adopted under the decision # Q-01 of Board dated to January 8, 2014, have been discussed and confirmed.
